Odoo Consultant
Job Summary
We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong business process knowledge (sales, HR, payroll, POS) to implement ERP solutions. This role involves post-sale client interaction, comprehensive system training, and project management. You’ll analyze client needs, develop implementation plans, and provide ongoing support. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform implementation tasks
- Perform powerful demonstrations and presentations on the Odoo ERP System.
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements.
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required.
- Building competitive technical proposals, and compliance statements.
- Resolving client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Understanding the clients ‘Vision’ and gathering the right requirements from meetings.
- Consult with the Sales Team in the Pilot and Demonstration.
- Capable of trainee users on various Odoo modules (remotely or onsite).
Requirements
- Must have 3+ experience similar position, preference is given to Odoo-certified
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science
- Good knowledge of business processes & Accounting
- Previous experience in ERP implementation
- Quick and autonomous learner
- Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
