Mike and Anjan, the principal of Milestone Partners, are the senior consultants and partners. They are highly qualified, experienced consultants with a can-do approach who have worked in a variety of businesses. Together, they have the capability and skills to uncover your digital blindspots and work to develop projects and implement purposeful actions that take organizations from stagnation to soaring.
About Anjan
Anjan comes with a can-do approach to business. He is passionate about business consulting, and his experience and expertise in working with large and small organizations over 14 years in a variety of industries has developed his keen understanding of how to analyze organizations, diagnose challenges, and uncover the blind spots in all aspects of your business that may be hindering optimum performance. Taking a holistic approach, Anjan leads teams to design, deliver, and implement business strategies that streamline processes, deliver value, improve digital efficiency and effectiveness, and provide distinct competitive advantages for our clients.
Anjan is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Oodo Certified consultant to go with a long list of industry certifications that have aligned with the customer-first approach while working with clients. Anjan holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Kedge University in France and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from McMaster University in Canada.
About Mike
Michaels’s expertise and passion are equipping and helping people design and implement valuable and effective technology in their organizations. For over 15 years, Michael has led and advised the development and implementation of innovative technological, process, and organizational change initiatives in large and small organizations. He has worked in various industry sectors including healthcare, finance, insurance, education, and transportation.
Michael has always held a people-centric focus on any organizational change. He believes the purpose of any organizational change is to enable the individuals within the organization to be more effective in executing the mission and business of the organization.
